At Shoosh, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can send us a request to return/exchange your order within 7 days of delivery.
Sale items are final sale therefore cannot be returned or exchanges.

Eligibility for return & exchange:
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns & exchanges.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with the tags attached.
- You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must not be on sale
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at admin@shoosh-world.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
